What works well?
The company is growing very fast and this is giving rise to many opportunities at the moment. I also like the agile spirit, the multicultural side of the team. And the technology is super cool!
What could be improved?
Everything moves very fast, it is difficult to see the "big picture". Salaries are a little below market, perhaps because of the start-up spirit?
