What works well?

Nice atmosphere, the recruiter is top notch, Onboarding is perfect, crazy welcome, choice between PC and Mac, welcome goodies, Holàcratie, very cool site in Bussigny, attractive mobility plan, discount at the site restaurant for lunch, discount on QoQa offers.

What could be improved?

It's still a company set up by mates, and it's still in the hands of mates: not all these mates are cut out to move up to C-level, and all too often they're there for historical reasons, rather than because of any real leadership or Mgmt skills. Paid parking, low pay, high workload: the other side of the coin is much less sexy than it seems.

What works well?

Great atmosphere! A lot of mutual support, excellent cohesion between the teams. The hours are flexible and homeoffice is encouraged.

What could be improved?

The premises are a bit cramped at the moment, we can't wait for our HQ in 2022
