What works well?

The working and learning environment is very satisfying, the company is top-notch, and there are many advantages in terms of food, transport, etc. The company is also very easy to get to. The easy access to the latter is also a plus. The company also has a great atmosphere, which I hope to find in other companies too!

What could be improved?

It would be appropriate to implement an approach where additional remuneration, other than simple congratulations, would be conditional on the learner's academic results. This practice, already widespread in many other companies, would be a sensible measure to consider. A higher-than-average salary, however, compensates for the latter.
