I had an interview under Zoom. The recruiter knew my former company well, and so spent more than half of his (already short) time asking me questions about that company. In the end, he didn't ask me any questions about the position I was applying for, and let me think I was applying for another position. The interview ended with a "very interesting profile" I never heard from him again despite my reminders.
