Good atmosphere, tasks more or less well distributed. Well arranged office and technology OK. Very good recruitment process but needs to be a little more focused. For some tasks an administrative assistant is required, or even an intern. Unfortunately, there is no integration.

Way of working far too much paper processing! It would be necessary to hire an intern for the printing of all these documents (emails! Newsletter, etc......) no respect for ecology, no sorting and paper abuse. Almost no communication, hidden things... Unfortunately, integration is non-existent, on the part of the management, fortunately we can count on colleagues.
