Very bad atmosphere where the objective of the management is to pit you against each other. Minimum salary, never a single increase, working hours between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm...

I don't know the work atmosphere, but during telephone interviews, it's not motivating.
What could be improved?
Listen to candidates when you call them. Do not judge them after 30 seconds of discussion. Do not call if you are in a hurry. E.g.: what are your salary expectations? . XXXX . we are 25% below goodbye. And the person hangs up....
