The employees are paid properly and the company has a parking lot
What could be improved?
Supervisors and managers should already know how to manage their team properly and know the work done by their employees. Before taking decisions that have no head or tail. And the employees are not slaves even if they are paid properly.

What works well?
Have a minimum of 15 years of exp to be considered a person.
What could be improved?
Very bad integration. Very bad atmosphere in the office. No discussion, no team spirit. The managers have no management. No training plan to evolve in his work. Most of the employees are incompetent and always have to be passed on (why? because the managers do not train them properly). Obviously this doesn't apply to all departments but these are the points I've noticed while being in my job for 1 year.
