I didn't have time to find out.

What could be improved?

Never received a response to two interviews conducted at their client's premises. I asked for feedback from one of the recruiters and despite a follow-up call, nothing—complete ghosting. They should take a leaf out of the book of other, much more professional agencies.

What works well?

The manager is pleasant. Invested and idealistic. But some customers have a very bad reputation in their sector and qualified employees shun them. tough.

What could be improved?

Not a very exciting environment. Insistent and unpleasant customers who can't find employees in their field because of their bad behavior towards them. It's hard to work efficiently under these conditions.
