no specific points to note. The office is an open space with one room. The computer system is efficient, but the ERP needs to be changed, as it's not very practical to use.
What could be improved?
A month and a half into the job, I was let go for restructuring reasons. Why hire someone if you're planning staff changes? The question of strategic planning and overall management arises. Decisions are made on the spur of the moment. I've put forward ideas for improvement but haven't found any support, and I've been criticized for my lack of motivation. The atmosphere is very unpleasant.
