What works well?

Good balance between genuine research and applied development. Strong emphasis on ideas and innovation. Freedom in tools and methods. State-of-the-art production and prototyping facilities. Generous project budgets. A wide range of employee benefits. Friendly atmosphere. Very flat organization chart. New building coming soon (2026). Convenient location in every respect.

What could be improved?

Salary perhaps a little below market prices. Difficult to have more than 1 day of home office per week.
