Quick first call and first interview. Polite and young recruiter.

After fixing an onsite interview (for which the location was changed last minute by the recruiter, costing me money and time to adapt), discussing CV and possible positions, I was told I would have received a quick answer. One month later, still no reply, I assumed I wasn't chosen so I asked the recruiter for confirmation. He told me he was still waiting for the customer's feedback and would get back to me as quickly as possible. One additional month later, still no reply. Feeling like they are putting a lot of recruitement effort in Switzerland, without a clear plan.
