As a member of the Mall of Switzerland (MoS) team, you will be responsible for: Supporting leasing deals, co-driving and optimizing the rental income. Applying the leasing structure, systems, policies, approvals and procedures within the organization. Drafting, supporting and driving annual leasing plans, targets, and budgets of Mall incomes. Developing leads (local retailers, regional retailers, national retailers, direct-to-consumer and online brands), making leasing proposals, managing and closing leasing deals and approval process. Drafting leases according to agreed approval thresholds and managing lease contracts. Supporting and executing the daily leasing processes, policies and procedures. Sharing information in and outside the team where applicable; Reporting local leasing and retailer trends and discussion updates and entering these into the common IT systems in order to share across the company. Assisting in negotiations with clients, analyzing and producing information in terms of commercial’s costs and benefits of the leasing areas, to ensure profitable agreements for MoS and the client. Assisting with the production of leasing-related reports on a timely basis and according to internal governance framework. Job requirements: Completed university education, preferably in real estate and/or brokerage. 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in retail real estate. Ability to maintain long-term client relationships and to generate new business. Commercial and communicative skills. Hands-on, entrepreneurial, result and solution-oriented personality. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel. Excellent knowledge of German and English languages. Command of the legal framework (rental and real-estate law) will be considered an advantage.
