What works well?

Excellent leadership in line with the current evolution of societies. A strong team spirit, a good atmosphere within the team. Management listening. Possibility of evolution/training. Rich and varied work. A lot of advantages. A generous employer who cares about the well-being of its employees.

What could be improved?

I think that all companies, more specifically employers, must maintain a good functioning within the team, partners and customers. Which Argos has always done very well. I will not say that there are areas for improvement, but that we must continue to do so.
