What works well?

Despite the many structural problems, there are a number of points worth highlighting. The atmosphere among colleagues is generally good: the solidarity between operational team members enables them to hold on despite the difficult conditions.

What could be improved?

Overall, a disappointing experience. The company suffers from a blatant lack of strategic vision. Management is completely out of its depth, making decisions in a hurry, without coherence or clear communication. Employees are not listened to, and feedback from the field is ignored. The result: a tense working climate, constant stress and a general loss of motivation among the teams. Human resources management is virtually non-existent: high staff turnover, little recognition, no prospects for advancement. We expect a lot from our employees without giving them the means to succeed. Tools and methods are outdated, and innovation is no more than a hollow word used for window-dressing. A lot of potential wasted by a management that refuses to question itself. It's a pity, because the technical teams and some of our colleagues are highly competent. But as long as management remains locked in its certainties, nothing will change. I wouldn't recommend this company in its present form.

What works well?

In the early days it was great, but a lot has changed ....

What could be improved?

The company suffers from a lack of communication and innovation, which has a negative impact on its dynamism. The working atmosphere leaves much to be desired, and the consequences are felt at every level, including the economic one. If you're looking for a stimulating environment in which to develop technically in IT, this place won't live up to your expectations. Here, success seems to depend more on relationships than on commitment and skills.
