What could be improved?
La gestion managériale présente de sérieux dysfonctionnements. Les décisions manquent de transparence et sont trop souvent influencées par le favoritisme et le népotisme, au détriment des compétences et de la performance. L’organisation du travail est peu structurée, sans méthodologie claire ni priorités stables, ce qui génère inefficacité et frustration. Le climat interne est tendu, avec une communication faible et parfois des pratiques perçues comme abusives. Les possibilités d’évolution de carrière sont très limitées, rendant difficile toute projection à long terme. Malgré une bonne image externe, mon expérience interne a été négative. Je ne recommanderais pas cette entreprise.

Despite a trend towards more environmentally friendly thinking, which criticizes companies involved in the manufacture of synthetic products, Syngenta is an employer that respects its employees. Flexible working hours, above-average vacation time and the possibility of taking unpaid leave.
What could be improved?
Management positions are mostly given to people who do not come from the Swiss education system. Without a bachelor's degree, it has become difficult for an employee with a CFC, a federal diploma, or even a HES diploma to be recognized for his/her true value and to consider a progression in the company.
