Very problematic recruitment process: - 4 or 5 weeks without any feedback after interview - Unanswered thank-you email - Phone call not returned - No communication on expected timeframe I understand that a process can take a long time, but a minimum of respect for candidates would imply : - Acknowledgement of receipt of applications - Transparency regarding deadlines - An answer, even if negative It's a question of respecting candidates' time. Candidates are not numbers. A simple follow-up email only takes 2 minutes. Too bad, because I was interested in the company's project.
