More regular communication about overall priorities and objectives would provide a better overview. It would also be beneficial to strengthen knowledge sharing between teams and clarify certain processes to improve efficiency.

Very problematic recruitment process: - 4 or 5 weeks without any feedback after interview - Unanswered thank-you email - Phone call not returned - No communication on expected timeframe I understand that a process can take a long time, but a minimum of respect for candidates would imply : - Acknowledgement of receipt of applications - Transparency regarding deadlines - An answer, even if negative It's a question of respecting candidates' time. Candidates are not numbers. A simple follow-up email only takes 2 minutes. Too bad, because I was interested in the company's project.

The company is growing fast, and changes can happen. This can be challenging and shake up routine.

First of all, the application process was efficient, the interviews very pleasant. They were clear about my role and their expectations. You will profit from flexible working hours and home office. Top management as well as HR are really listening to concerns and show a caring attitude. During frequent company and team events you will have the chance to connect with colleagues outside your daily action radius as well as the many newcomers in this period of growth.

I've just completed the recruitment process, which is quite clear, the recruiters know how to adapt to the candidates (availability, means of contact), they are clear in the job descriptions and in the expectations of the latter.

Management is good. So is the working atmosphere, because the team is young and dynamic! Career prospects are excellent, with plenty of scope for advancement!

Being on 2 sites complicates communication and team cohesion. But that's a minor point.
