What works well?

The work atmosphere is pleasant and having flexible hours and 20% telecommuting allows for some flexibility. The possibility of being listened to by both managers and HR. Inter-company communication that allows for the promotion and recognition of the work of all employees. Possibilities of evolution in the position

What could be improved?

After only a few months in the company it is not easy to give an opinion on what could be improved. The point that could be changed is the monthly interviews during the first 3 months. The one in the second month doesn't seem necessary if it goes well.

What works well?

The work environment is very satisfying. The projects are varied and interesting. The general atmosphere within the company is pleasant. There is also good communication within the company about various events. The integration of new employees is facilitated by the integration plan and the election of a sponsor. From an HR point of view, the recruitment process is relatively straightforward and the staff are very friendly.

What could be improved?

Areas for improvement relate to work flexibility. Time slots could be made a little less restrictive.

What works well?

I did my bachelor work at IMA Automation. It was about the design of a mechanical system. I really appreciated the reception of new ideas, the debates around innovative concepts as well as the atmosphere among the employees of the technical office. A total immersion in the technical office (1 semester at 20% then 1 semester at 100%) as part of my bachelor work allowed me to enrich my knowledge considerably. The company is in the business of special machines, mechanical challenges are the daily life of the design teams who work in close collaboration with the automation specialists in order to propose a solution adapted to the demand. Sports activities are regularly organized in the company, which promotes contact between employees, I regret not having had the time to participate during my bachelor work.

What could be improved?

For my part, the only drawback is the lunch. There are fridges however for a student the prices are quite high. The alternatives are quite far from the location of the site (La chaux-de-Fond).
