Excellent working environment and stable employment conditions
What works well?
Honestly, not much. We have a nice break room where we can relax, and we know how lucky we are. Having worked elsewhere and with quite a bit of experience in home care, it's rare to have such great working conditions as a caregiver. Finally, we can have a private life and be treated with respect in our work. I really take my hat off to this wonderful team we have.
What could be improved?
Great team, superb working atmosphere, solidarity, and regular shifts. We're lucky to have fixed working days, which is huge :-) for work-life balance. For example, I compete in sports, and this allows me to combine training, competitions, and work. The nurses don't do split shifts or night shifts, and for the nursing assistants on split shifts, there is a break room and also a sleeping room. We have regular shifts and really friendly colleagues (laughter and good humor). It's great :-) I can only recommend you and welcome you with open arms to the SR team :-)
