What works well?

The first interview over the phone was interesting. However the hiring process has a lack of professionnalisme.

What could be improved?

Communication, feed back, follow up and professionnalisme. After an interesting call with the hiring manager, he was suppose to come back to me. This person never answer my calls and me emails.
