What we’re about

Little Green House began with a simple dream: children to become happy, creative, free- and democratic-thinking citizens of tomorrow (and for their working parents life to be a little bit less complicated).

Now, with over 300 of us spread across Switzerland, we're dedicated to giving babies and toddlers a great start in life, all while supporting parents in balancing work and family.

Those early years? They're crucial. That's why we prioritize creating a safe, stimulating environment focused on nature, health, and sustainability. Plus, we're multilingual – just like our diverse community. Through language immersion, we ignite children's language skills during their early years, when language acquisition is so easy and natural.

As the saying goes, "It takes a village to raise a child." We're that village, standing alongside families every step of the way.

What we’re looking for

We want people who live the values that are close to our hearts:

· Be NATURAL in how we treat each other and how we speak to everyone - colleagues, children, parents, suppliers, etc. It also means being the best version of ourselves.

· Be ENTREPRENEURIAL; Little Green House is small and incredibly dynamic. We aren’t afraid to do things differently or to come up with new ideas.

· Be RESPONSIBLE; we walk the talk, are mindful of our impact on our community and our environment, and always try to leave things a little bit better than we found them.
