What works well?

I'm really happy at NDL, and so much happier than in my teaching experiences in France. The management has put its trust in me, the atmosphere is great and the colleagues are really supportive. Small class sizes, friendly parents and an idyllic setting - what more could you ask for!

What could be improved?

The metro across Geneva :) not much to say, especially about the excellent food and drink, and the much better pay than in France.

What works well?

Although the setting is very small, the meals served are delicious and hearty. They are deducted from your salary but are tax-deductible.

What could be improved?

Programs to be updated - More coherent objectives - Management to be developed - Better ethics to be developed - Official resources on which to draw - Working hours to be adapted to employees' needs.
