What works well?
The implementation of telecommuting and the possibility of flexible working hours facilitate a relaxed atmosphere within the team and a more pleasant management of the workload. The company gives us a lot of responsibility and autonomy and that's really nice!
What could be improved?
Overall, a good refresh of the premises and equipment would be welcome. We could also work on internal communication.
