What works well?
Excellent products, some long-standing colleagues are happy to share their knowledge, experience, and professionalism. Coffee is provided to employees. The very high staff turnover rate means you get to meet new colleagues on a regular basis. A new director started on January 1, coming not from within the company but from the Saint-Gobain group, which raises hopes that she will clean house at the highest levels of management.
What could be improved?
Toxic management and atmosphere, no vision for the future, lots of talk and no action. In the production plant, you have to use your badge to go to the restroom (time is timed but not deducted). Poor communication from management, which generates constant rumors.
