- Training and support for very junior staff could be more closely structured. - Internal communication, though satisfactory, could be improved.

BioSanté Editions is a company that listens, as few are these days, and the management knows how to question itself. The team takes every point for daily improvement head-on, and I know that continues to this day. I'd go back to work for them with my eyes closed!

I see nothing in particular to improve at Biosanté Editions.

-The recruitment process was clear and transparent. -Very good working atmosphere, with good team spirit. -Confidence and autonomy on a daily basis to manage my assignments and achieve my objectives. -I was able to take on a variety of assignments and move up quickly within the company.

ALL CLEAR. I can't think of anything I'd like to improve about Biosanté.

The atmosphere among employees (excluding management), with a real sense of solidarity.

The working environment is generally pleasant between employees, however, the current management style needs to be reviewed. There is excessive pressure, underhanded strategies and a lack of honesty, leading to employee burnout, sometimes to the point of tears. Unfortunately, despite a façade of benevolence, these qualities are really the last to be observed. The fact that employees only stay for an average of two years raises legitimate questions. What's more, salaries are not competitive.

The working atmosphere is exceptional. Very benevolent colleagues and managers. The teams are very professional. The premises are perfectly located.

CLEAR. To date, I have no faults to report with this employer.
