Disappointing

I sent in my application about 1 year ago. I had a meeting by videoconference. According to the Rolles manager, my profile is perfect. I saw job offers that matched my profile perfectly, I applied and they never replied. I sent emails to this manager, whom I spoke to during my interview, and she never bothered to reply. So yes, very very disappointed with this agency. They are not correct. It's very frustrating for the candidate because you feel devalued and above all not taken seriously. It's unfortunate, and I'm also thinking of the people who use this agency to find qualified staff, and who lose out on good candidates because they don't know how to select accurately and correctly. When you have experience in caring for elderly people with Alzheimer's disease and other related illnesses, recommended by renowned medical directors, and the agency doesn't take this into account. Well, I can only think that they're not living up to their customers' expectations.

Morgan et mallet is very good at communicating, but they don't check their clients' profiles. I was placed with a family in switzerland who simply failed to declare me, and once they'd invoiced me for my placement (between 12,000 and 15,000 euros) they couldn't be reached to help me with my difficulties with the employer they'd placed me with. they're only interested in the money. very disappointed, i wouldn't recommend it.
