Working at Cartier may seem attractive because of the prestige of the name. My experience was marked by a toxic work environment, with a lack of clear communication with the hierarchy = frustration. The workload is considerable, with no real recognition or balance with personal life. The company relies heavily on the Cartier image, implying that, as an employee, you have to accept everything, whatever the conditions. A company where the internal culture and human management could do with some serious improvement.
