I've to admit that I don't know where to find any improvement. When you reach the first place in Switzerland at Great Place To Work there is not so much room for improvement.

Since I joined dbi service in 2019, I found a human-sized company where you are valuated for your personality and skills. A lot of opportunities are present for you to increase your knowledge and work on different IT areas.
