Personal development and rethinking after such an experience. An eco-friendly company, with only one screen per shift and the use of one's own cell phone for calls, thus reducing the carbon footprint. A career turning point.
What could be improved?
Set up procedures and organization. The job description doesn't fit, as other tasks such as invoicing, admin and accounting are adding to the workload. Targets are unrealistic because of a cruel lack of human and financial resources. High staff turnover, ineffective management.

Elevator, building actually well located, printer works well.

What could be improved?
Harassment, pressure, intimidation, humiliation, inappropriate remarks, daily criticism, interference in employees' private lives. No management, no written procedures, no training and integration on hiring. Questionable recruitment practices. Abuse of power. Incredible staff turnover. Unattainable objectives. High workload. No recognition.
