Good question, I'm still looking. The salary, but don't trust it.

Just about everything: organization, life skills, respect for employees (not very correct way of speaking, mood of the people in charge), lack of work (after many requests every day to have things to do, I am reproached for not wanting to work and I am fired), in short, not to apply for a job at their place.

Personally, I don't know. Perhaps someone can shed some light?

Recruitment is a sure thing, as another comment attests. You apply as sincerely as possible via this site because you fit the profile. After a few days, you take the liberty of contacting us to express your interest and see if the Director needs more information or would like to meet you. Unfortunately, she is never reachable. Her very kind receptionist will also indicate time slots in which you can call back, but that doesn't change anything! I persisted for a few weeks by being reasonable and without harassment. This allowed me to speak once with the Director who, listening to me from a corridor and in the right polite tone, asked me to send her my file once again but this time via mail which was simpler for her. I did so, mentioning once again my interest in the job. What next? It was identical to what I described above. Despite new phones and messages from the receptionist, I never received any news, not even to inform me that my application had not been accepted. In view of the above, I gave up. It is in any case an obvious lack of respect towards people looking for a job and the trouble it takes in their steps. From my professional experience, I know how precious an executive's time is. However, there are many who still manage to do so, and fortunately! Finally, if the functioning of this company is like that, it must be good to work there, isn't it? Bankruptcy in sight?
