Created in 2008, the CADF is a non-profit foundation under Swiss law that has been fully independent from UCI since 2013.
Its role is to manage the anti-doping programme on behalf of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI). The CADF’s activities are conducted in compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code and UCI Anti-Doping Rules.
