The working hours are mixed, so there is the possibility to adjust to the requirements of the staff. Holidays and vacation entitlements are well managed. The work is well organized and fast in the magazine to provide a good service to the customers.

Communication, and especially COLLABORATION, is not the strong point of Mikado. There is a lot of misunderstanding between the colleges and there is a lack of collaboration. We can certainly improve.
