There are interesting opportunities for development and training. The working atmosphere is very good. Flexible working hours give us a good life balance. It's a company I'd recommend!

Genedis is a human-sized company located in a superb building with a complete, modern infrastructure. Free parking (small lot) available. Director easily accessible. Company-organized events are great fun. Fair meal and travel allowances. Nice atmosphere. Nice working environment with a large green space around the building.

Management style no longer appropriate in 2025 (overly ambitious objectives). Communications tools too diverse, information quickly lost. Nothing is being done about meals at the mdi for employees wishing to eat on site (partnership with a caterer, dispenser of prepared meals in the break room). The building's reception area is a little outdated compared with the rest of the premises.
