The working conditions in themselves are quite good, with the office located at Lausanne station, the possibility of telecommuting and the freedom to organize one's work. The salary is also quite high, especially for the decent workload, and so is the field (medicine and support for the Vaud medical profession).

The whole management system needs to be reviewed: a very pyramidal system where employees have no say and if they dare to do so for the well-being of the members and/or the association, they get into trouble. The SVM is run by a committee that blindly trusts the wrong people who don't have the required skills and who don't question themselves. In this respect, the organizational chart needs to be completely overhauled: there are more chiefs than employees... which can't work, since barely concealed favoritism is king. I take the company's turnover as proof: it's approaching 50%, unheard of for a small company (ten or so employees).
