The company's atmosphere was excellent until the summer of 2025. Since August, the board and investors have called for a massive mass redundancy plan, unfairly applied, which is seriously damaging morale. There are too many managers who all come from the same mould, fair-weather captains who are not up to the job.

The company's strategy is to constantly innovate and improve the product, which is a very good thing. However, the business model is not sustainable. The company's strategy, from both a commercial and an industrial point of view, will not allow it to survive.
