What works well?
As mentioned in previous reviews, there's mutual support between colleagues, but it's constantly changing, and there's too much turnover to keep a solid base between colleagues.
What could be improved?
At FEEL EAT Sàrl, I experienced micro-management, schedules communicated in the evening for the following day, often disparaging remarks, no consideration for employees and above all non-organic, non-Swiss and not all-homemade products, which put me at odds with customers. Such a bad experience that I prefer to omit it from my CV.

What works well?
In the years I've spent with them, the only good thing is that colleagues help each other when the bosses aren't trying to divide us. But fortunately there's that to keep the rest going.
What could be improved?
During my years at FEEL EAT Sàrl, I have identified several areas for improvement. First of all, staff stability: in the space of several years, I have seen many employees leave and arrive, often without any exit interview or formal explanation, which weakens the continuity of the service. Managerial communication could also be made calmer: I've been summoned to improvised individual meetings in front of management, without any agenda or minutes, where I've been asked to justify an operational detail; this practice maintains a tense climate. On several occasions, I have noticed a discrepancy between the promise of "100% Swiss, organic and home-made" and the reality of product provenance. Finally, the daily pressure is accentuated by very close monitoring ("micro-management"): real-time corrections on the job, public remarks when minor errors are made, and objectives modified during the shift. Implementing clear HR procedures (induction, feedback, training), communicating transparently about the origin of products and establishing a confidential channel for reporting difficulties would, in my view, help create a more stable environment that meets the expectations of employees and customers alike. To my knowledge, a number of former colleagues remain scarred by this experience and are still reluctant to assert their rights for fear of professional repercussions.

What works well?
The atmosphere is very good between everyone, the boss is very friendly and sympathetic with each of his employees, no one is left out and is valued, which is humanly great. Relationships between colleagues are pretty good, and the vehicles are fun to drive but often in poor condition.
