A strange and disorganized company, but great coworkers.
What works well?
The employees and managers are all (or almost all) very warm, kind, and supportive of one another.
What could be improved?
Areas for improvement: workplace safety, modern and practical work tools, flexible work arrangements for everyone (the office staff have flexible hours, but those in the factory and logistics departments do not), a company that is not modern and has been operating the same way for as long as anyone can remember, where changes take a long time to take effect. No innovation in production. The organization and structure across departments is illogical.
