Having worked for the Fondation Perceval for many years, I can only recommend that you apply. The working environment is bucolic, the sectors of activity are varied (workshops, schools, homes), and career opportunities are numerous thanks to the size and structure of the institution. Internal mobility is facilitated, allowing you to breathe new life into your career by working with different audiences and in different contexts. The working atmosphere is generally very good in most sectors.

I never heard back from them after an initial interview and a half-day assessment taken on my own time and very demanding for a management position. I still have a very bad image of this company on a professional and ethical level.
