Archaic vertical management, one-way dialogue with the hierarchy. The achievement of missions is polluted by time-consuming and sterile policies. Obsolete and totally outdated industrial organization. No openness, no mind, no modern methods. Possibility of a very limited career. No parking spaces.

What works well?
Company to be connected, I did a mission in the HAB division I liked my experience in the HAB division a small workshop of restoration, interesting and varied work that requires reaction, congratulations to the person in charge of the workshop.
What could be improved?
Older employees if they don't accept you, they know how to make your life difficult, thanks to the solution provided by the heads of departments who are too cronyish. Courage to the head of the workshop at least he seems to be correct.
