1. A management team disconnected from local realities The General Management (GM), based in Lyon, does not seem to understand the specific operational and cultural characteristics of Switzerland. Despite ambitious initial promises, no concrete adjustments have been made to meet local needs. Decisions are made without consulting the teams on the ground, which leads to recurring problems and a loss of efficiency and confidence. 2. Lack of strategic vision and appropriate resources No clear roadmap has been communicated, either in the short, medium, or long term. Employees lack clear guidelines and directives. In addition, work tools are obsolete and unsuitable, which hinders productivity and the quality of work. Despite several reports, no investment has been made to modernize infrastructure or processes. 3. Absent management and flawed HR processes My personal experience illustrates these problems well: I was forced to resign without ever having a meeting or discussion with Human Resources or senior management.
