Employee conditions have been greatly improved (introduction of an extra week's vacation, telecommuting, facelift of offices and common areas, charging tools, low-consumption vehicle...
What could be improved?
The company is committed to continuous improvement, but a real 13th salary would be an added bonus (annual salary/12 instead of the current 13). Additional teleworking days IT tools commensurate with a growing company (we believe this will happen by 2024-2025) => goodbye to paper!
