An exceptional work environment that fosters professional and personal growth. As a therapist, the autonomy granted is an asset for me. Everyone can organize their own practice, while benefiting from constant support. Interdisciplinarity within the teams is a strong point. Regular exchanges with other professionals, whether psychiatrists, psychologists or social workers, provide a global vision and optimal patient care. It would be great to see more collective meetings between disciplines. The material and administrative resources are remarkable. The general atmosphere is friendly and stimulating. Teams are supportive, and management is actively involved in employee well-being. The application process was smooth and transparent, with particular attention paid to my skills and career aspirations.

Although the training courses are rich in content, it would be interesting to broaden the range of topics offered. We have meetings and colloquia, as well as social events. More time devoted to multidisciplinary team meetings would enable us to deepen our collaboration with staff from other branches present at the center, and ensure even more precise follow-up of complex patients.

It's easy to communicate with the managers, and the dialogue is fluid and effective. The atmosphere is healthy, we all pull in the same direction and have the same objective: to offer a space that supports wellbeing for everyone. The way we act internally is consistent with the company's stated objective. Decision validation processes are short, enabling projects to be developed rapidly and concretely. When a need is felt, it is considered and decisions are taken as quickly as the context allows. In the event of a complicated situation or a mistake, I feel supported in staying on course, not getting discouraged and learning from experience.

At Almaval, I have all the latitude I need to practice my job (which I'm passionate about) with professionalism and application. My employer clearly expresses his objectives and needs to me, and genuinely considers my opinions and advice. As a result, we can co-construct projects by combining our expertise. I like having the freedom and responsibility for the way I organize myself, I feel more efficient, and it allows me to integrate into my daily work the most innovative practices that I was lucky enough to study during my professional training. What's more, the flexibility afforded by management allows me to combine my family life with my professional commitment. In short, I'm delighted to be working at Almaval.
