What works well?

From the recruitment process and the interviews, I was seduced by the human side of Globaz. This feeling continues to this day in my exchanges with the different teams I work with and with the management. Indeed, Globaz has a real team spirit and a healthy and motivating environment. Moreover, the flexibility of the working conditions (telecommuting, annualized working hours,...) allows me to reconcile my private and professional life and this is a real plus. I also appreciate the enthusiasm of the proposals, the challenges to be taken up and the "Globaziennes-Globaziens" side.

What could be improved?

The processes for purchasing and allocations are time consuming and require rigor, but they are of course essential....
