What works well?
The CHUV is the number one employer in the canton in the health sector. It offers a great experience in terms of diversity of care. Salaries are attractive compared to other health care institutions, but the gap is narrowing. The training offer is varied and interesting.
What could be improved?
The emphasis on their HR policy with transformational and caring leadership is just window dressing.
