Premises in poor condition, bordering on insalubrious. It's a very poorly insulated energy sieve. In winter, it's super cold inside, between 14° and 17° max, and in summer, super hot, with the greenhouse effect, too hot inside... Toxic working environment... Avoid
What could be improved?
Tyrannical management style. Bad atmosphere on a daily basis. Salary too low due to the pressure of borders, of which there are many in the company, and that's just to say it!
