Management needs a complete overhaul. No ERP => no stock or WIP tracking. No short-term vision. No suitable nomenclature.

- variable hours - correct salary - one of the only watch brands in the Lausanne area - 1 brand, 3 entities (Timepieces, Motors, Racing)

What could be improved?

- management (non-existent organization chart, no structure) - no ERP (stock management, order tracking, impossible) - no marketing/production plans/monitoring -
