Le guide Solaire s'installe a` Sugiez au mileu des 3 lacs, cela lui permet de travailler avec des clients de la Suisse romande et Ale'manique. Ayant une vision de formation l’entreprise publie re'gulie`rement du contenu sur les re'seaux sociaux afin de partager les connaissances et l’information sur les syste`mes photovoltai¨que.

What works well?

Despite a disastrous internal organization, employees got along well and supported each other.

What could be improved?

My time with this company showed me just how essential corporate culture and management are. Unfortunately, management was disorganized and unprofessional, with a clear lack of respect for employees and sometimes even customers. The internal atmosphere was far from inclusive and healthy. I recommend that management reconsider the way it manages its teams, and establish clear values based on respect and honesty.
