I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the recruitment process at Batmaid.
I had a video interview, then had to visit their offices several times during the selection process. They asked me to produce a case study (for a 6-month fixed-term contract...), for which I invested time and energy, and shared ideas that they could use without even hiring me.
All this effort and they didn't even have the courtesy to write to me afterwards to let me know their decision. After a reminder from me, I've heard nothing... One more red flag among many!
