What works well?

In short, the company lacks respect, trust and consistency in its values. A change in management and internal culture is needed to create a healthier, more respectful working environment. This opinion only reflects my personal experience and my feelings at the time I worked for this company.

What could be improved?

My experience with this company was negative overall. In my opinion, everything needs to be reviewed: - There is no trust within the teams, which makes day-to-day work difficult and demotivating. - Management is based on fear: remarks are often made in an aggressive tone, sometimes in front of everyone, which creates a tense and disrespectful atmosphere. - Employees' ideas and proposals are not listened to, giving the feeling that their efforts are not recognized. - The organization is unstable and disorganized: priorities are constantly changing, often without explanation, and you regularly have to put your work aside to follow a new direction decided at the last minute. - Inappropriate, sexist or racist remarks are sometimes seen in the company magazine or verbally, without shock or correction. - Inappropriate remarks are also sometimes made about women's dress, contributing to a disrespectful and malicious working climate.
