My experience with this company was negative overall. In my opinion, everything needs to be reviewed: - There is no trust within the teams, which makes day-to-day work difficult and demotivating. - Management is based on fear: remarks are often made in an aggressive tone, sometimes in front of everyone, which creates a tense and disrespectful atmosphere. - Employees' ideas and proposals are not listened to, giving the feeling that their efforts are not recognized. - The organization is unstable and disorganized: priorities are constantly changing, often without explanation, and you regularly have to put your work aside to follow a new direction decided at the last minute. - Inappropriate, sexist or racist remarks are sometimes seen in the company magazine or verbally, without shock or correction. - Inappropriate remarks are also sometimes made about women's dress, contributing to a disrespectful and malicious working climate.

I particularly appreciate the trust placed in me, the autonomy in my responsibilities, and the diversity of tasks. Collaboration with the teams is fluid, and communication with management is open and constructive. The balance between professional and personal life is respected, which is a real plus. This is a company that values its employees and invests in their development. I have no hesitation in recommending this working environment to anyone looking for a professional, dynamic and human environment.

There are still areas to strengthen, such as the sales team.

The company manager is very present and charismatic, and the working atmosphere is positive. We have the opportunity to vary our assignments and are encouraged to develop our versatility and interest in our colleagues' tasks. Team spirit is fundamental. I've been working at the head office in Switzerland for 8 years and I've never considered leaving the company. Our manager is a good listener, and I've been able to develop my passion by acquiring new skills, particularly in project management and organization. Career prospects are one of the company's great strengths, whether at head office or in an institute.

One area for improvement could be a clearer definition of roles. That said, this flexibility also leaves room for everyone to find their position and define their role as practice and results dictate.

Very interesting proposal, 1h30 interview with the manager. After he explained the position and responsibilities in detail, I told him it might be a bit too much for me. But I really appreciated the exchange: the manager took the time to present the company, its missions and objectives. This gave me a clear idea of what I was looking for in this position, and confirmed that it's a great opportunity for a more experienced profile. I would recommend this company for its professionalism and the quality of the interview.

Nice team, you need to be autonomous as the team is made up of between 10 and 15 people. The atmosphere is somewhere between that of a start-up and a traditional company of this size. I saw a lot of different fields, and it was an enriching experience: I spent a year there.

Nice environment, but you have to know how to be autonomous. The company's location needs to be improved (in an industrial zone...).

I think the environment must not be very healthy for the employees... But I don't really know because I just went to the interview. So it's subjective, it was just my feeling.

Strange interview with personal questions (do you live alone? etc.) and unkind remarks or questions: 'I have my doubts about you', 'I think I've got you figured out', 'I know what you're like...'. They offered a low salary with a lot of responsibility, and I was clearly told that if I made a mistake, I'd be yelled at. Very strange.
