What works well?
The HR department is very responsive, management is attentive, and the atmosphere is very good. In my opinion, one of the best employers in the canton!
What could be improved?
Move away from certain outdated ways of thinking in the city of Geneva that are no longer necessarily relevant. Otherwise, everything is great overall!
